I have been taking this class for a couple of months from 8:00am to 9:00am and I think it will really help me in the long run. We exercise every muscle we can, underwater, for 45 minutes to an hour. I can only go on Wednesday and Friday because we have a devotional on Mondays. My French missionary friend Sister Tauzin loves to go also. The halls are cold, the pool moderate, but the showers are hot. Ahhhhhhh
That looks like a fun place. One of my most vivid memories of going to your house to visit is going to the university pool with you. It's fun you enjoy the water so much.
