March 28              Wichita

My stay at Julies is half over and has been delightful.  Today after going to the doctor for Julies yearly checkup.(She is in the clear) we went to Schlotzky's for lunch.  I had French dip yum yum and a chocolate shake from Braumes.    We drove past the botanical gardens and Wichita art museum.  We will go there on Tuesday.  I am looking forward to that.  On Wednesday we will go to the Warren theatre where they serve you lunch while you watch a movie.  On Thursday we hope to go to the wilderness park where you can pet the animals if the weather is nice.  It was sunny and cool today when we went to The Keeper of the Plains where the Arkansas and the little Arkansas rivers meet.  we took pictures of the bridge and    birds. On Friday if we are not too exhausted we will visit Museum of World Treasures and look for a consignment store or antiques.
We had a lovely evening last night looking at old pictures and reminiscing about old times.
